Claude's Prime Seafood

Absolutely delectable!!! Food here is amazing. Wonderful options of seafood and other non seafood choices. Definitely follows the same high standards as there steak house sister restaurant Benchmark. You will not be disappointed. Service was exemplary, and had many suggestions to their menu. Highly recommend trying for a high end restaurant experience. We will definitely be going back!

After getting engaged at Claude’s sister restaurant, Benchmark in September, we returned for a similar experience at Claude’s for my birthday. After sharing that we were celebrating an early birthday and closing on a house, our server shared the news with the management team who treated us incredibly well. We received free dessert for the birthday as well as all the other amazing milestones we were celebrating. The seafood tower was fresh and delicious, I’ve never had better lobster tail and the oysters came with phenomenal house made accoutrements. The mushrooms we added to our steak were a wonderful addition to our perfectly cooked steak. Again, those desserts were the perfect ending to our evening to remember! Huge shout out to the entire staff for the fantastic service and for going above and beyond to help us celebrate all of life’s fun moments! We love the Claude’s family!

Service: exceptional! Very personable and brought about an inviting environment. Smoked salmon deviled eggs: incredible! Silky smooth center packed with tons of flavor from the salmon! Salmon salad: noodles and vegetables cooked to perfection. Paired well with the glazed salmon. Lobster ravioli: packed full of lobster, the healthy portion was much appreciated. Almond cake and lemon cheesecake were large portions and the taste, again, did not disappoint. I would recommend either. Design was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing and truly enjoyable. Thanks for the experience! Our waiter Zach was very polite and provided some fun conversation.

We were a party of 7, celebrating 2 birthdays. We were seated at a round table. The center of the table had the attention of the 2 children accompanying us. The center of the table turned, allowing everyone seated at the table to reach the appetizers that were ordered. We had the calamari, mushrooms on bread, and oyster Rockefeller. Every dish was delicious. We were served puffy bread along with our appetizers. It was very tasty, and everyone enjoyed the bread. The waiter was very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He explained what each dish was like that we asked about. He kept our water glasses filled. Not once did my glass go empty. Every time he took our dirty plates, he also took our dirty silverware. He then came around and gave us each a clean set of silverware. I was very impressed. We ordered the tuna plate, swordfish, halibut, lobster roll, and of course, the youngest member ordered a cheesebuger and fries. Every meal was excellent. There were no complaints from anyone. Then, because we had 2 birthdays, they each received a free dessert. Our desserts consisted of chocolate mousse, banana foster cream brulee, and strawberry gel cheesecake. Our whole experience was excellent. We will definitely go back again. I would highly recommend this establishment for any celebration you have.

After not being here before, I happened to end up eating here twice within a week. The food, atmosphere, and general attention to detail was wonderful. But, the main reason I’m coming to write this review is the service, specifically from our waiter Rick. Right off the bat, he was friendly and sociable. He made conversation, consistently checked back to see if we needed anything, and created a memorable experience just through his personality and care! He really went above and beyond for us, and I can’t say enough positive things about his service and kindness!

A beautiful new Restaurant. Massive amounts of seating but so much quieter than the owners' other restaurants in the area thanks to Dividers and much more well-planned Sound Treatment. Our server was wonderful, attentive and helpful. We never felt forgotten or not immediately taken care of, but rather intentionally served and appreciated. The appetizers ranged in size but were mainly meant to be shared (except for the Tempura Crab), from Shrimp Cocktails to the Muscles the dishes were large servings meant for the table and were delicious! The Chive Dip was lacking of much flavor and the Vegetables it came with were freezing cold (intentionally) making for a lackluster entry among the other pallet stretching experiences. In the main course: Lobster Tail, Tuna Tartare and Fish and Chips were all knockouts and delicious with every bite that we couldn't help but share. The French Fries were a big step down in quality from the Company's other restaurants, but their homemade Chips were amazing. Our kids were able to enjoy some more than decent Chicken Tenders and Fries, which is always appreciated. Salads were decent-sized portions, relatively heavy in Dressing and lighter in tasty greens but overall very good. The Cobb, Wedge and Caesar all did not disappoint but didn't leave any of us wow'd. Dessert in the form of Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream and some Cappuccinos were ok but certainly did not set itself apart from other restaurants or food places in the area enough to recommend. I'm excited to try some more of the Menu whenever we go next but currently would go across the street to Benchmark if given the choice!

My husband and I were very excited about trying a new restaurant . Our server was excellent but the food was less than 1 star. I ordered the Mediterranean Branzino and had to send it back because all I could taste was grilled steak. It was prepared on the same grill as the steaks. it was surrounded by lots of brown which I realized was supposed to be potatoes and mushrooms. There was no sauce included in the dish. The manager was very nice and let me order the halibut instead. It was dry, overcooked and tasted as though it had been frozen. It had a very bad fishy smell to it. Unfortunately I will not return to this restaurant.

I was here for a business lunch and the meal was very good. I had the pork chop and it was perfectly cooked and was very filling. The sauce that came with it was very good as well. For dessert, I got apple pie, but it was served cold. I wish it would have been a little warm and maybe served with a dab of vanilla ice cream. The servers were very attentive and helpful. Finally, the bill was paid for by another company, but I imagine a meal for two would definitely exceed to $100. I would consider this restaurant more of an anniversary meal or birthday meal than one where you would eat at every week.
